ENOUGH CAN’T BE said about
gayness. It’s high time people face the fact it’s part of our world.
Next to race and religion, homosexuality
is the most dumb-ass basis on which to despise another human being.
People are so ignorant they actually think
homosexuality is new. Earth to homophobes: It’s not! It’s been around so long
there was a time when there wasn’t even a word for it.
Men were men whichever way you looked at
them; not separated into straight and gay. A man was not looked at as being
less than a man because of where he put his pee-pee.
Gay men and women, like straight women,
like Blacks and native peoples, suffer under the same single entity: straight,
sexist men – misogynistic, capitalistic, Aryan-supremacy kaka-splats.
Any woman who attacks gayness is
advocating the abuse of women and children. Any Black or coloured men who do it
are supporting the white-supremacy movement. In the same vein, any gay men who
uphold sexism thereby champion the very system that abhors them. Any gay women
who refuse to accept that men can be sexually victimised, too, are siding with
the overarching enemy that is sexism.
I, for one, don’t see gay men as a threat
or in competition for lovers, since:
- There will always be men who want women.
- Contrary to popular belief, gay men don’t want
every man that moves. They’re a lot more picky than we gals, actually.
- The straighter the man the less he seems to know
how to deal with a woman like me; so that takes him out of the equation
anyway, and I could care less who gets him.
The fact is, eventually there truly will be no gay men or women on this
awesome Earth of ours. The way humanity is going we’ll all either be dead by
middle of the next millennium, or we’ll all be brown (as in mixed-race) and
bi-sexual.
